Becoming a Member

You may drop-in Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, or by appointment at other times by calling 905-684-7619.

If you decide to participate in any Wellspring programs or services, you will be asked to complete a Membership Registration Form. You can download and fill out the form to bring with you, or you will be provided with one during your visit.
