Chair Yoga

The ancient healing benefits of yoga are available to everybody in this carefully constructed class featuring gentle stretching, breathing and visualizations.  We will be utilizing chairs to support us, sitting and standing, so there will be no need to get down onto the floor.  The 90 minute workshop will offer a chance to sample the techniques of chair based yoga and include some interactive discussion about why yoga is helpful and the scope of the practice including history and philosophy. Registration required.
