Stress Reduction, Relaxation & Meditation

How do we find peace of mind? Sometimes it is as simple as removing our stresses. In this class series we will practice relaxation techniques to reduce our physical, mental and emotional stresses. Then we will learn simple meditations to focus our resolve to experience a feeling of lasting peace. Registration required.
