This free-standing, six suite, home-like residence provides, free of charge, 24-hour specialized palliative care to people living with a terminal illness, as well as those in their life circle. The hospice is a non-profit organization serving the Niagara West communities of Grimsby, Lincoln and West Lincoln. Alli's Journey
Young adults aged 18-35 are a unique group within the cancer family. They are thrown into the adult population when they have special needs and support issues that need to be addressed. Although this group accounts for over 2% of new cancer diagnoses each year, they do not receive the same level of support as other age groups. Alli's Journey hopes to address this issue.

Wellness for Independent Seniors (WISE), Women's College Hospital
WISE aims to help seniors obtain information about health and wellness, link to community and support services, and cope with the changes associated with aging, including cancer diagnosis and management. The goal of the WISE program is to optimize the quality of life for seniors living in the community. Referral from a heath care provider is required.
