Becoming a Member

 You may drop-in Monday to Friday 10:00 am to 4:00 pm, or by appointment at other times by calling 416-323-6400 x4240.

If you decide to participate in any Wellspring programs or services, you will be asked to complete a Membership Registration Form. You can download and fill out the form to bring with you, or you will be provided with one during your visit.

Wellspring at Women's College Hospital is located just off the main lobby (behind the information desk) at 76 Grenville Street.
