Yoga is one of Wellspring’s most popular programs. Yoga can help participants gain control over physical and emotional well-being by combining movements, breathing, stretching, body poses and meditation practices. Participants can achieve a sense of inner calm while enhancing the mind, body and spirit.
Restorative Yoga uses props to support the body and deepen the benefits of the yoga poses.
